How It Works

Build and submit your custom quote online using our transparent pricing.

Inital consultation

After submission, you’ll receive your first Event Specialist consultation. We’ll schedule a phone call or Zoom to review your quote and ensure all details are covered.

Venue review

We review your venue’s service requirements and confirm staffing, setup, and service needs to ensure your event meets venue standards. Your quote may be adjusted accordingly.

secure your date

Once approved, a 25% deposit is required to secure your event date on our calendar.

final planning consultation

One month prior to your event, we’ll connect for your second consultation to confirm final guest count, timeline, and any dietary accommodations.

final payment

The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

Venue & Service Disclaimer

Many Indianapolis venues do not allow drop-off catering for weddings. At a minimum, most venues require staffing for buffet setup, refills, and light table clearing. Some venues may require full event setup and teardown. Service requirements vary by venue and may impact staffing needs and final pricing.
