We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, graduation parties, bridal showers and intimate gatherings. Let us know your needs, and we’ll tailor our services accordingly.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES?+

Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and full-service staffing depending on your event’s needs.

CAN I DO A TASTING BEFORE FINALIZING MY MENU?+

Yes, absolutely! We offer two unique tasting experiences to help you find the perfect menu:


1. Group Tasting: In partnership with a select venue, we host an exclusive group tasting where we present a specially curated chef’s menu featuring our seasonal favorites. You'll also have the opportunity to request specific dishes to see how we can tailor the menu to your event.


2. Private Tasting: For a more personalized experience, we invite you to a private tasting at Sweet and Savory. In advance, you’ll have the chance to select the dishes you'd like to sample, ensuring the tasting is tailored to your preferences. During your private session, we’ll guide you through each dish and work together to perfect your menu, making sure it’s exactly as you envisioned.

DO YOU OFFER BAR SERVICES? +

Yes, we offer a variety of bar packages to suit any event.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING STRUCTURE? +

Pricing depends on factors like the size of the event, the menu selected, and any additional services (staffing, rentals, etc.). We provide personalized quotes based on your event.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA FOR CATERING? +

We cater events within a one-hour radius of our location at 4340 W 96th St #104, Indianapolis, IN 46268.

DO YOU OFFER BEYOND BUFFET SERVICE? +

Yes, we offer a variety of service styles to suit your event, including plated meals, family-style dining, interactive stations, and traditional buffet options. Whatever your vision, we’ll create the perfect dining experience for you and your guests!

I DON'T NEED ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES—DO YOU OFFER NO-FRILLS CATERING? +

Yes. Saveur by Sweet & Savory is our no-frills, cost-effective catering option. It features the same high-quality food, with simplified menu selections and reduced staffing, allowing us to offer accessible pricing while maintaining the flavor and quality we’re known for.

HOW IS SAVEUR DIFFERENT FROM SWEET & SAVORY'S FULL-SERVICE CATERING? +

Saveur offers the same great food, just with fewer menu customizations and a lighter service approach. By simplifying selections and staffing, we’re able to provide a more affordable option while still delivering the quality and care Sweet & Savory is known for.

Frequently Asked Questions

SERVICE AREA+

Sweet & Savory Catering services events located within one hour of our business location. This allows us to maintain the highest level of food quality, service, and on-site execution for every event.
Events outside of this service area are not currently accommodated.

BOOKING & EVENT CONFERMATION+

All events must be confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit. Dates are not secured until both are received.

GUEST COUNT+

A final guest count is required 10 days prior to the event. This number will be used for staffing, food preparation, and final billing. We are unable to accommodate after the final count is submitted.

CANCELLATIONS+

Cancellation policies vary depending on the event and are detailed within your contract.

VENUE REQUIRMENTS+

Many aspects of an event depend on the venue, and as your caterer, we must work within each venue’s specific guidelines.
